My anemone Is shrinking . What does this mean ?

Hard to tell without some info. Water test results? Lighting? How old is the tank? Any other info that might help?

Mine do that all the time. Shrink for a little while almost to the point of looking like it is dying and the next time I turn around it is returning to it's original size.... Not sure if that is what yours is doing or not.

Bassicly it's when the lighting is off . But once my lights turn on it goes back to it's normal size
