i need help chooseing good ones for my 125 i am going to have a bit of coral a some fish and things give me good recomendations on some anemones tia

None, they don't do well at all. They also should not be attempted by bigginers. Unless you have 5 watts/ gallon of PC or metal hallide rethink your stocking plans.

Come back in 8-12 months. Besides having the right lighting, enough lr, etc. your tank MUST be well established.

I agree. An anemone is not an easy creature to keep, especially for beginers in this hobby. They require a lot of education, great lighting, a lot of LR, pristine water conditions, and should not be attempted in tanks that are less then one year old. I would put this LOW on your priority list for now. In a year if things are going well you can certainly re-visit the topic.
