Is it normal for Angels to go to the top, and basically take a bit of air?
They'll go to the top, spin around, and take a little bit of the air, making this "Pop" noise from the water splashing.

They do it all day...
It's not a problem at all, but it's surprisingly loud. The water parameters are fine, maybe that's just what they do for fun?

Mine only do this when they're eating. Or I'm just about to lower the food into the water and my hands hovering above it.

Maybe they're hungry, but I'm feeding them twice a day, flake food.
They eat it, and then let a lot of it just float around and the other fish get it.

So it seems like they're fed...

I only add a tiny bit at a time and then when that's finished add a little more so there's no leftovers. Its probly not a problem tho.
