Angels not eating freeze dried shrimp

Hey guys, I picked up some freeze dried shrimp at my LFS today, and I came home and fed one or two to my angels and they weren't eating it. Is there any reason to this or do they not recognize it as food? Some one please help

if they never have had it then it will take a few feedings for them to get used to it. all my angels love it

Okay thanks and is there anything I have to do to prepare the freeze dried shrimp or do I just drop it in?
