Another guppy ?

My tank is cycled. I took my water to petsplus tone tested they use the liquid test kit. I have the paper strips that give a general range but I wanted to be sure. Right now I have 2 dozen or more feeder guppies in a 20 gallon. I'm going to remove them . Can I safely start out with 10 fancy guppies since that would be less than 1/2 of what I got in the tank now

yes you can do that, guppies are fairly small and have a small bio-waste that they should be good in your 20g tank.
