hello!
I've had a low light/low tech 55 gallon planted aquarium with about a dozen anubias (no other plants) for almost a year now. All of a suddent I noticed one plant sprout a flower about a month ago and now almost every plant has at least one flower (one even has 4 right now!). I purchased the plants at various stores and times so I know its not just that they have all suddenly matured but I was wondering if anyone knows if certain water conditions will facilitate flowering as it seems like this happened all of a sudden. (pH is 6.8, temp 72 degrees, 6 hours of broad spectrum flourescent light a day, some natural day light and no added CO2 but I do have several large fish with them)
