I bought some anubius coffeefolia today and placed in my substrate because my nana in the substrate does better than the anubius on my dw. But the coffeefolia's roots are so long into the substrate should I stick a root tab under the plant?

And yes the rhizome is above the substrate

I'm interested in learning about this too. I just thought they absorbed liquid ferts when they have rhizomes, but I am not a seasoned plant expert like others on here.

I will draw some nutrients via the roots when in the substrate so placing a root tab close to it will be good.

Cool I've been reading that they use a lot of iron so at the least it may use the root tab for that.
