It looks like a closed pulsating xenia to me

Is it good or bad? Does anything eat it that I can buy?

It is a soft coral! Xenias are awesome. It doesn't do anything bad to your tank, except overgrowing. Do you have lights corals can live under?

and what's on the left? these are photosynthetic creatures and they need a substantial amount of light to live. the tank could also use a power head or two for flow. still water is a bad thing.

If you have an anemone Xenias should do well.

Yeah there's 3, 2 are hiding under a rock and arnt as good looking as the one out in the open
