hard to tell from the picture but "green grape looking thing" makes me think bubble algae. google bubble algae images and see if it's similar.

how did you come across it? did you just buy that rock and it was there?
did it grow suddenly?
it looks like a Q-tip sponge is growing on it. maybe it's just a coralline covered piece of rock?
is it soft or hard?

Hello mate, I've had that bit of rock for a while as I was having a move about I noticed it, it's hard..!!
