I got a couple packs to put in my tank. The card specify "hardy Aponogeton" and "dwarf Lily" Nymphea... Just wondering if anyone has had luck with these or if I wasted my money.

It's a 50/50 chance they will grow. Just sit them on top of your substrate and wait, don't get too impatient, give them time. If the bulbs start to rot then they need to be thrown away. But IMO if they don't rot, I'd let them sit there for quite some time. I have a beautiful Red Tiger Lotus that is getting really big that I started from a bulb. I can't remember how long it took to start growing but it seemed like it took a couple of months.

You didn't waste money, aren't they 100% guaranteed to grow? If they don't work just return them.

I tried a few once, they didn't grow, and when I tried to take them out it disintegrated and made my water smell like garbage lol.

This was for the lily (petsmart brand -_-)
I know the onion plants grow well.
