I believe it's L-001 ( unless you have more information on the fish besides this picture. )

No Andy that is all I have. I found part of a L list but after 100 they all started to look a like.

It looks like the L001 and the L022 are one in the same. Why have two numbers for the same fish? Or am I missing something? Maybe they are first cousins.

Most likely 2 people from different locations submitted it for identification and 2 different people gave it numbers. From what I found, they are the same fish ( but may have location color variations.)
