Anyone know what these bumps are?

This little guys has had these two bumps on his head and I do not know why they are or what they're from...he's otherwise healthy.

It appears to be tumors but can't say 100%. If they are there is nothing that can be done for them. You might want to post this thread in the Unhealthy fish section to get more responses.
