check out www.pnwmas.org our local club (portland area though) has a monthly meeting. This months (18th I think) is featuring a frag trade (like a white elephant exchange) as well as a $5-10 frag table.
Usually 30 or folks show up.

HTH, if you can make it up here for this months meeting, I think you could find yourself a ton of cheap frags, or bring some to trade and hope you pan out equal
