API master kit, salt vs freshwater

I have the saltwater kit and was wondering if it will accurately read my freshwater tank. Here are my readings today, the tank is cycling would these be accurate? According to these, should I do a large water change? Thanks for any advice.

I have an API saltwater master kit that I used for my saltwater tank and I use it for my freshwater tank now. The freshwater color charts of ammonia and nitrate are different from saltwater but the nitrite color chart is the same for both fresh and salt water. I use this picture to match my nitrate test results because I don't have the color chart for fresh water.
