I have Apistogrammas (triple red) who laid eggs and are now raising their young. Eggs just hatched a few hours ago.

What I did was add duck-weed and Java moss to the tank. I understand the fry eat off of that for 3 days.

Then I'm supposed to feed BBS (but nobody has that in my area), what else do I feed?

They are all in a 10 gallon tank with sponge filter. Thinking of removing the male after the 3 days, let the mom raise the fry for a few weeks.

Is this accurate? 10 gallon okay? No BBS, so what could I feed? I got frozen brine shrimp....

They should have Hikari first bites at the pet store. Frozen bbs is really the best if you can get it though

I find that decapsulated brine shrimp eggs work great as well.

Decaps work and so do golden pearls. You may want to go to Ken's Fish website and order some brine shrimp eggs and the other foods suggested.

Once those fry are 3-4 weeks old P.M. me as I'd like to purchase some.
