I'm using Aquarium Manager beta for Android. I like it so far.

For an aquarium live background on android, I like anipets (there's a SW, fw, and koi). There are over 100 fish to pick from on the sw and fw, but u can only have 15 in your tank for two days with the free version, then you have to buy the paid ($2) to have more than 2 fish
