aquarium lights left on over night

I was out of town for the weekend and when I arrived home tonight I noticed that my aquarium lights were on when they were scheduled to be off. When I did my water change Friday I had forgot turn the timer back on. My lights have been running for over 48 hours. Ive noticed quite a bit of hair algae that wasn't there when I left but other then that everything appears to be normal. Are there any precautions I should take? Should I keep the lights off for a couple of days or possibly only turn on my blues? I have a variety of corals and a BTA that I am worried may need a break from the lights.

I would resume to normal lighting schedule. Turning them off for more than a day will make it worse for corals.
