Aquatic plant?

I know lysimachia nummularia 'aurea' can be aquatic, but we've got a new plant at work called lysimachia 'midnight sun'. Does anyone know if this can be aquatic too? It has beautiful nearly black leaves with bright yellow flowers on. It has the same trailing creeping habit as the other lysi. Thanks in advance

Most lysimachia species are terrestrial plants. I am pretty sure that midnight sun does not grow submerged, or at least will not survive long term submerged.
