Aquatop 50 watt heater-have you used it?

Has anyone used this brand of heater before? Amazon.com: Aquatop GH50 Aquarium Submersible Glass Heater, 50-Watt: Pet Supplies

I'm in the market for an inexpensive and reliable heater for my 10 gallon QT. The price is right but the reviews are sort of mixed.

I'm also open to other heaters if you have a reliable/cheap one that you use.
