Assassin Snail Breeding

Hi All I have a Chichlid RD about 5" along with 4 Assassin snails I found these snail pigging on other not sure if they are mating and I don't have plants in my tank but full of rocks and white sand will that be a problem for them to lay eggs and I often find my snail burying itself under the sand and if they are mating how soon can I expect the eggs and what's extra should I feed them as I'm based in India any suggestions will be appreciated
