I read all over the internet different opinions about this hobby but I read that some people say Asterina starfish are not reef safe. ... I have numerous different types of corals in my tank with Asterina starfish in there and have never witnessed any sort of activity from them to make me think they aren't reef safe. Can someone help shed some light on this for me?

I have read of minor issues, but it is rare and arent the same as what we normally see. They are usually a different color than the white we usually see if they are predatory.

This is exactly what ive heard. I think they are a dark brown or green that is very bad. I have white sandy looking ones in my tank. Never seen any harm to corals by them.
