Im not sure if this is true, but i read somewhere online that fish are considered a "pet" in Texas and are under the animal cruelty laws, but it doesn't get enforced. fish farms would be wiped out if there was enforcement on animal cruelty for fish, its terrible what they go through compared to aquarium fish

It should be enforce! I've seen fish farms and they are terrible!

That tank is terribly overstocked. Its one thing to overstocked to disperse aggression. It's another thing to be stupid and throw a boatload of fish in an inhospitable tank
