Ballon belly molly problem

I think my balloon belly molly is pregnant. I thought it was a boy, but know i think its a girl. It just hides in my cove and has black spots all over, near the belly too. The bellys gotten a bit darker too. Is she pregnant or sick? I got
It 2 days ago and floated it for 45mins.
