I have bought 6 balloon mollies but i didn't know they are deformed and always in pain they will die soon or what? they seems healthy and eat fine?

I've looked at them but wondered if they will have health problems later on. They looked otherwise healthy though.

All balloon mollies are like that, but it doesn't mean they're going to die soon. They are more prone to disease but they're still fish.

Well if a mother/father is a balloon molly then yes, it is more likely the fry will be as well, but this is a naturally occurring disorder among these fish.

Sorry, I meant when they were first bred. I had read that it was a genetic issue that was then selectively bred for and that's how they started?

Yeah, probably at least 99/100 balloon mollies in stores are bred to be like they are, but every once in a while an oddball pops out from two normal mollies and they just put it with the rest of the balloons.
