Bamboo shrimp disease

In the last week or so I’ve notice some kind of growth on the head of my bamboo shrimp. It seems to resemble black beard algae or something. I’m not familiar with all shrimp diseases so if any of you can identify this and what may have caused it that would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure myself, I'd google it and treat asap before it spreads or kills the shrimp
