this is a funny story I just had to tell it !
So they say there bear proof
But are they really....
I was told by the trash company spend the extra $50 for a bear proof garbage can.
Ok well I did Yah ..
did I do the right thing
The bears always threw around my old cans but never got into them they would stomp on them , throw them , even flatten them , my cans were in such bad shape the trash guy just threw them into the truck.
but the funny part was the bears never got into them . they were standard steel cans with lids , not in no way classified as bear proof.
Well now I got this nice new bear proof garbage can . bragging to the wife no bear is going to destroy this can . they are certified as bear proof.
after seeing this I think I'll go back to my old cans ,
