(remarkably most are still attached to that clam shell, only a few have moved off):
Yellow polyps (dec 2006):
(there are two or three smaller groups of yellow polyps which have migrated off to other portions of the rock, but this is the main colony...the hitch-hiking zoanthids slightly increased in number as well, but are being 'smothered' by the yellow polyps):
Button polyps & zoanthids: (dec 2006)
Button polyp growth in particular has been significant. Apparently beginning with just a single polyp, button polyps now dominate the rock:
