Best cannister filter for the price?

hey guys, im looking for a good cannister filter for a 60g long aquarium, im looking for the best one for the price, and i'd like it to be rated for at least a 100 gallon tank... (i like knowing that its over powered rather than underpowered)

I like the Magnum 350's, but I am old school and have used them for years. Never any problems, simple to use and versatile. You can find them with the bio-wheels for around $150 and with that you have a very complete and nice (in my opinion) system.
