Best HOB filter?

I have a 75 gallon aauarium with 1 HOB filter for a 70 gallon tank. The brand of the filter is tetra. I wanna buy another fillter under 40 $ are there any good filters? I dont like aqua clears because they are really hard to prime. How do you also prime an aqua clear filter?

I have an Aqua HOB filter and I love it. I have no problems priming it.
When doing a water change I use a glass to pour water back into the filter. I fill it up, turn it on and in a few seconds it's working fine.

I have an Aqua Clear 70 and I just put downward pressure on the tube for a few seconds to get a tight seal over the pump. The most you'd have to do is pour just a little bit of tank water into the filter.

+1 I have has great experiences with the aqua clear HOB filters. All you need to do it put some water in the filter and plug it in.
