Best light for reading a liquid ph test

So if I read the test under the fluorescent light in my kitchen it's a completely different color than if I read it under my chandelier which has like 30 watt regular bulbs. Whatcha think?

Probably best to go with regular bulbs, but the difference shouldn't be all that much I wouldn't think. Whiter light is better though.
