Best positions?

Okay, here is how my setup in my 29 gallon is:
filter on the far left (back of the tank) reaches to the gravel, thermometer on the other side of that (front of the tank) and then heater in the middle vertically, and pretty far on the right side, on the back of the tank.

Anything I should move around?

You might want the heater a little closer to the filter, for the heater to work properly it needs good waterflow across it.
