I did have consent to refuse a sale at Petsmart. And I did. Always prefer a happy customer, but keeping the pets alive whether finned or furred was my priority.
I was more than willing to fight for healthy fish tanks. I changed jobs for other reasons.
I joined a club and we always educate where we can...thus I'm a part of this site.
