I've had my betta for about 6 months, and he has not been eating. For the last month when I feed him his pellets, he puts them in his mouth then almost immediately spits them out. I've tried to feed him bloodworms, but he still will spit them out. He seems fine, he is active in his 5 gallon tank, has built a bubble next next to the filter, and does not have any visible signs of sickness on his body. However, I have not seen him actually swallow any of his food in over a month. He is the alone in his tank and has a couple of live plants. Any help in getting him to eat would be greatly appreciated!

Try brine shrimp! I had this issue with my African dwarf frogs. Good luck!

Did he use to eat them before? Maybe they're too big for his mouth, or he just doesn't like them? Try switching to a different kind of food, and check the water quality just in case. Is he showing any other symptoms besides lack of appetite?
