I have a biocube 29 and I have LEDs a skimmer I feed regular food mysis once a week should I be putting in any chemicals for coral growth/happiness I'm still learning.

No I would not recommend dosing for corals. The nutrients in the tank should be good enough to feed your corals at night

As long as you are doing water changes there will be no need to do any dosing on your tank.

If you do decide to dose, which I don't recommend, don't dose anything you can't test for.
