Which biocube upgrades should I get? A extra led strip and a powerhead or should I get the skimmer? And what color led lunar blue or daylight

You don't need a skimmer for that tank, and the skimmer is very good! If you stay on your weekly water changes you should be fine!

You could upgrade the return pump in the back bay?

And flow is very key in a bio cube, they can have spots of low flow and end up with a lot of cyano and algae growth.
