One of my Penguin BioWheel mini 100s has a wheel that quit turning and I can't get it to start back. Should I add something to the area between the filter media and the back of the filter to raise the water level so as to provide more water flow through the outlet that turns the wheel. I've had problems with the little Biowheels before but I can either put in a new filter or fiddle with it enough to get it to start back. I just put in a new filter on this one and it is not helping. My big Biowheel 350 runs like a charm and I've never had problems with it turning those big wheels. Is there a way to increase the flow rate on those mini Biowheels?
