Hi there and Happy New Years!

We run a 180l freshwater aquarium with a medium volume of live plants and fish. Filtering running good with 0 nitrite and clear water and good flow.
Recently we added a CO2 system and adding more fertilizer to help the plants use the lights from the LED lights.
Plants are happy and the hair-algea that we had on the plant leaves are gone - everybody happy :)

Except:
The last weeks we have seen a build-up of a black dusty layer on our gravel. It is only in the well-lit areas (not below plants and decorations).
It is easily vacuumed away during the weekly water change, but it keeps coming back.
I attach a picture of it. This is after around 5 days since the last vacuum.

Do you think it is because of the higher levels of nutrients in the water or is something else?
Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
Greetings from Denmark
Jens Christian
