Black Spot on Molly Disease?

Just picked up a Molly from the store that looked and acted perfectly healthy. When it got home it acted normal and ate, but upon closer inspection it has tons of tiny little pinprick-sized black dots. Any ideas what this is or if it will affect my molly?

What type of molly did you buy cos some mollys have black spots on them at all times. If it is black spot it will cause irritation and stress but seldom kills. Take away all snails if your molly has black spot.

It's an albino creme Molly.

Ok. That means its probably black spot. If you could post pictures I could make sure.
