Looking to get tips on bldg my own aquarium such as best materials, places to get materials and such always bldg things and would like to try an aquarium any advice and help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Do you mean assembling glass? It's really easy. You need silicone with no fungicide or anti mildew. Also how big are you going? Not all silicone holds more than 30 gallons. You need painters tape and maybe those adjustable wood braces. But the tape will hold things in place. I build aquariums all the time so ask away.
