Blue gourami eye injury

My blue gourami I believe had an injury/scrape on his eye. But it seems to have gotten worse. It looks sunken in, cloudy and under the eye is open and looks to have gotten bigger. You can see it in the picture below. What should I do?

All water parameters are fine. Did a water change yesterday and cleaned the filter.

Because in the US we have access to more medication. Don't waste your time with pimafix and melafix. They're more like a preventative than a curative. Kinda antiseptic like. Get some broad spectrum antibiotics like Api fin and body cure, or whatever, and make a medicated food for him. You can add furan-2 to the tank, it's a sulpha drug, and will kill any free floating bacteria in the water column
