Blue Paradise fish in 55 degree water?

The room I would be keeping my tank in can get to 55 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter nights. I was thinking about a blue paradise fish and a small school of White Cloud Mountain minnows in a 20 gallon. Would that work?

55 degrees is too cold for anything but goldfish or some natives - not anything you can buy in a pet shop.

I don't know any place Id call parisiae that's 55* lol. I don't think fish like cold because their cold blooded
