Blue Pearl, Velvet, or Blue Dream Velvet shrimp?

Hello everyone! I was initially debating on getting blue Pearl vs blue velvet. Googled them and they look exactly the same... Can anyone clarify the species and offspring for these shrimp? As far as I know:

Blue Pearl:
Very light blue, offspring are white
Breed true?
Neocardina zhangjiajiensis

Blue velvet:
Light blue, offspring might revert back to rili or red
Neocaridina heteropoda

Blue dream velvet:
Royal blue
Assuming they're from blue velvet?
Do the colors breed true?
