Blue rams?

Are blue rams schooling fish? And why did one of my rams seem to lose color, my water is good besides a little hard?

No, they are not schooling fish. Pale color usually means stress, the fish could be getting bullied or could be sick.

I have two and one is really teritoral of its nook and stays there or chases other fish out the other less colorful one swims around , I have hidding spots! Is there anything I can do for him?

Do you think the territorial one might be guarding eggs? Assuming it's a territorial problem you could try rearranging decor, but that's not going to do a whole lot if the fish is just sick or something. Rams can be very very touchy, so it's hard to guess.
