blue regal peacock

So I got what was labeled as a blue regal peacock but he's not very blue. Lol is this actually a blue regal and will his color change or something? He is probably 4" now

I thought that too but he's a dark color not just brown like every females I've seen.

I just bought some plants and 3 boesmani rainbows. Headed home to plant the tank now.

Both at one time. The fuelleborni never got put in it and my friend loved my jds so much I sold them to him. This tank will probably just be a nice school of boesmani rainbows, maybe a pair of dwarf cichlids, and some shrimp. I might get another school of small fish instead of the dwarfs though. I haven't decided yet. I'm going to finish planting it and get the rest of my rainbows first and go from there
