Trying to make certain shapes or structures in tank what have you used with success to do this?

Welcome to AA :) I used coral glue to do this which is pretty expensive to use but worked great

Some1 told me super glue I'm alittle hesitant on that tho

Super glue will work but you'll need a lot of it to handle any type of weight. If it just to stop them from shifting though it'll be good.

Use epoxy sculpt also called epoxy clay. Its sold at home depot in the plumbing section. It hardens underwater and is reef safe.
