Please tell me if I'm losing my mind here. I have three yoyo botias and recently brought home another fish (a platy) to add to my 37g freshwater. I've never had those wee little pest snails in the tank and have been grateful for that. However I am aware that the botias would appreciate a little snail snack. And guess who hitched a ride home with my new fish...?
Am I nutty for even considering putting a pest snail into my tank and even risk an infestation? Or will the botias make short order of that snail? Thanks for setting me straight if need be ?

Snap ,crackle ,pop! said the guy with 12 clown loaches!
if the snail is still there in 5 minutes pull it!
Should be fun to watch...

Plus one to above.

I just add any I see from small tanks or plants from lfs. My yoyo's are lazy - they will get rid of them but take a while to latch onto the idea.
