boxfish Gill and Fin Flukes

just found out that i have been treating my fish for ich when infact it was Gill and Fin Flukes... two fish have died (clownfish) but still have a boxfish lleft who seems ok at the moment.. i used copper treatment and the next day the tank had worms on the sand done some more research and found this out.... i have a boxfish, should i do a freashwater bath with him or not.. also what other treatments can i use????
