Breeding Black Tetras

My best guess is that in slide 4 the closest one is a female and the one behind is a male.

For tetras soft acidic water is usually recomended. A 5 gal tank would do, air driven sponge filter, lots of java moss, and soak peat fiber in the breeding water before adding to the tank. Or soak some peat in a mesh bag (pantyhose) in the tank until pH is desired. Add fish and feed frozen blood worms.
