What's the best way to get bristlenose plecos to breed

A male, a female or two, a long tube like cave, plenty of good fresh veggies to eat and they should produce some babies for you.

Ok I got eggs! What's a good first food for them?

Zuchinni, peas any really soft veggie. I use peas that I nuke in some water for a minute or two until soft and then remove the skins.
