Bristle worm?

So I emptied out my filter media which was a safe haven from the coral banded shrimp. Wondering if this is a regular bristle worm

Found him dead though... Pretty sure I see the bristles too

Never mind, it is alive. The heater was unplugged so it wasn't active.
